Friday, October 19th, 2007

I am too tired this day and I’ve done my bill accomplishment/payroll, weekly reports and my inventory assignment. Gosh! When I arrived at home I immediately called my best friend to cancel all our plans this evening. When my cousin arrived I was too happy, she brought me a yoga DVD’s. I could now start my yoga exercise. Someone ask me why do yoga? It is to feel fitter, be more energetic, and be happier and peaceful. It fits into your everyday life as easily as any basic workout program. And unlike many programs, you don’t need any special equipment other than a spot on the floor, your mind, and your body. And while many exercises only benefit the body, yoga benefits the whole person.

Yoga as we all know it is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yoga therefore is considered therapeutic. It helps you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment.
